As stated in the By-laws, all qualified members of the Wiles Hill-Highland Park Neighborhood Association in good standing are eligible to vote by proxy ballot. Voting by proxy affords a member who can’t attend a meeting the opportunity to participate by being represented by another member. Proxy voting helps enable a quorum to transact official association business; holders may not give or delegate a Proxy vote to any other members and Proxy issuers may revoke a Proxy at any time.
This completed form, when registered with the Secretary will be considered as a valid statement of a members’ intent to participate and vote at an association meeting.
To register an electronic proxy, copy, paste, complete and e-mail the contents of this form into an e-mail and e-mail your ballot to proxies@wileshill-highlandpark.org from your official e-mail address on file with the association.
